At Advanced Periodontics and Implants, we would be honored to help serve your periodontal and dental implant needs. Our providers enjoy getting to know their patients, developing a strong relationship with them, and allowing plenty of time to answer their questions.
You may also receive a referral to our office from your dentist. If this is the case and your dentist sent us your information, we should be contacting you shortly.
After scheduling your initial consultation, you will be receiving a letter containing your appointment details, a map to the office, further information on items to bring to the consultation and what you can expect from this appointment.
Your questions, concerns, goals and expectations are very important to us. Please feel free to bring a list of these with you so our providers can address these with you at your initial appointment.

Planning Your Visit
At your initial consultation appointment we will review your reason(s) for seeking care in our office, review your medical and dental history, complete an oral cancer screening and perform a thorough oral examination. We will discuss with you the findings of your examination and the treatment options available to improve any condition(s) that are found.
From the information gathered during the discussion and examination, taking into consideration your goals and objectives, our providers will develop a personalized treatment plan. Often, there is more than one way to achieve your desired goals. Our providers will review each option, including the pros and cons, time commitment and cost involved. We will allow plenty of time to answer any questions you may have, as we believe it is only an educated patient that can make the best decision for his or her individual oral health needs.

Making Treatment a Reality
The financial details of your treatment plan will be outlined in detail with you at your initial consultation appointment. As we realize this can be a very important component to any treatment decisions, we will work with you to help make the suggested treatment a reality. We want to help you to achieve the level of health, function and esthetics you desire for your lifetime.
We are able to accept your dental insurance and will assist you in filing all claims. We are an unrestricted provider (out of network) for all insurance companies. This allows us to offer you all options without imposing the restrictions that most insurance companies place on the provider. We will work with you and your insurance company to maximize the benefits from your dental benefit plan.
